Pre-Paid Customs Duties

For my US Customers

The current tariff duty rate for imports into the US from the UK for my tariff code (photographic accessories) is 15.8%. This is added at checkout as “sales tax”. I then pre-pay the tariff fees on your behalf using Royal Mail’s PDDP (Postal Delivered Duties Paid) system. I will cover the handling fee. This means you have nothing else to pay or do.

For my EU CUstomers

The customs duty depends on the member state (see here). This is added at checkout. I then pre-pay the customs duties on your behalf using Royal Mail’s PDDP (Postal Delivered Duties Paid) system. I will cover the handling fees. This means you have nothing else to pay or do. Hopefully this should result in faster delivery times.

For my other customers

As usual, customs duties are paid by the recipient to the shipping agent or customs service at import/delivery.
