Dispatch and Shipping Information

Dispatch/Lead Times - Please refer to the individual product pages for a guide on the product lead time or dispatch time. If you would like an up-to-date lead time please contact me.

UK Shipping - For my UK customers, I offer a choice of Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm. International Shipping - For my overseas customers I offer Royal Mail Tracked International postage.

Customs and Tariff Information

For customers outside the US and EU, customs and tariff duties are paid directly to the shipping agent or customs service at import/delivery.

For my US Customers

The current tariff duty rate for imports into the US from the UK for my tariff code (photographic accessories) is 15.8%. This is added at checkout as “sales tax”. I then pre-pay the tariff fees on your behalf using Royal Mail’s PDDP (Postal Delivered Duties Paid) system. I will cover the handling fee. This means you have nothing else to pay or do.

For my EU CUstomers

The customs duty depends on the member state (see here). This is added at checkout. I then pre-pay the customs duties on your behalf using Royal Mail’s PDDP (Postal Delivered Duties Paid) system. I will cover the handling fees. This means you have nothing else to pay or do. Hopefully this should result in faster delivery times.
